Q: Tell me about your job
A: I am a production supervisor in the anodize plant. Although I am responsible for overseeing production and meeting production related goals, there is a lot more to it than that. A large focus of my position is making sure all of my associates have what they need to be successful in whatever way I can. Pursuing their success ultimately helps me achieve many of the goals set for me.
Q: What did you do prior to Linetec?
A: Prior to Linetec, I served in the United states Marine Corp, which I entered directly after college.
Q: What is your favorite part of your job?
A: Connecting with and trying to support everyone I work with.
Q: What poses the biggest challenges for you?
A: Knowing there are always improvements to make and constantly seeking out and finding them.
Q: What is something you are looking forward to?
A: My sister’s wedding. It will be summer, we will be golfing and it is right by a few National Parks.
Q: Do you collect anything?
A: Yes, a few things: books, movies, hot sauces and salts. You would be surprised at the variety of salt out there!
Q: What is something people don’t know about you?
A: I am a certified EMT and lived in Brisbane, Australia and Osaka, Japan right out of high school.
Q: If Linetec gave you a surprise three day paid break to rest and recuperate, what would you do with those three days?
A: Probably try to convince my wife to drive to some obscene distance to a National Park and exhaust the whole family, so by the time we got back, everyone needed another break.
Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Steak – no veggies, no potatoes, no sides – just steak.
Q: What always cheers you up when you think about it?
A: Coming home to my kids. It never gets old.
