Q: Tell me about your job
A: I’m a production supervisor in Linetec’s anodize facility. I ensure our teams have all of the tools they need to be successful and to help us meet our production goals..

 

Q: What did you do prior to Linetec?
A: Prior to Linetec I worked at several food production facilities, and before that I worked in the golf industry for about 10 years.

 

Q: What is your favorite part of your job?
A: My favorite part of the job is interacting with our teams and working towards success. The teamwork and culture at Linetec is great and makes coming to work fun & exciting.

Q: What poses the biggest challenges for you?
A: The biggest challenge is finding solutions to different issues that arise; it’s also something I enjoy about the job which keeps it interesting.

 

Q: What is something you are looking forward to?
A: I’m looking forward to spending time with family watching the Packers, Badgers & Bucks this Autumn.

 

Q: Do you collect anything?
A: Air Jordan shoes. Playing basketball growing up, MJ was my favorite player, so it’s something I’ve continued to collect over the years.

 

Q: What is something people don’t know about you?
A: Golf is my favorite sport – I was a high school state qualifier and played a few years of college golf. I worked as an assistant golf professional for a year before leaving the golf industry.

 

Q: If Linetec gave you a surprise three day paid break to rest and recuperate, what would you do with those three days?
A: Plan a fun-filled getaway with my family, consisting of camping, swimming, golf, and as many other fun-filled activities we could cram into each day.

 

Q; If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Fajitas prepared by my wife + warm brownie for desert w/ vanilla bean ice cream on top.

 

Q: What always cheers you up when you think about it?
A: My happy place (Happy Gilmore reference) is hanging out in my backyard with my wife, 4 boys & dog Lulu – nothing beats spending time with them.
